In addition to the Social Media services and the Website Design services, I have the skills that would be expected from most on-site administrative assistants − MS Office, desktop publishing, appointment management and more. I work in a fully equipped office using DSL, large file management and safe, confidential data management. I am proficient with MS Office Professional (WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, POWERPOINT, PUBLISHER and OUTLOOK). I have full capabilities with PrintShop, Open Office, Google Docs and Google Apps.
I am ready work FOR you at your side; not in your way or under your feet. I have worked with agricultural, manufacturing, real estate and investment clients.
I can work with Constant Contact, but use Aweber autoresponders, follow-up and broadcast services for my own ebook and newsletter deliveries, plus response to my membership sites.
I am an active member of Google+, LinkedIn, FaceBook, Triiibes, Twitter, Active Rain, plus virtual assistant forums or networks, I do not know everything, but I know where to ask to get the answers or solutions that my clients may need.
I have accounts for my own articles at ezinearticles,com, squidoo.com, and hubpages.com. I have set up and managed accounts at each of these resources for clients.
